 | a. The interior contemplative life enriched by sufferings,
sacrifices, and by the faithful accomplishment of one's daily duty out of love
(Jn.15,16,17).

 | b. Participation in the Eucharistic Life (particularly in
the Holy Mass and Sacred Liturgy), and living the Word of God.

 | c. Participation in the missionary apostolate.
The members of ICM are invited to partake of and practice themselves those same special
virtues and characteristics lived by Christ and Mary as is evident in the Gospel.
Such prominent qualities and characteristics encompassing the whole religious life of ICM
are as follows:

 | - The spirit of service

 | - A life of poverty
|
 | - Humble obedience
|
 | - Fraternal and universal charity
|
 | - An overabundant love which is "better to give than
to receive" (Acts 20:35): to give, share, care without condition--expecting no
self-interest and no return--gratis--
|
 | - The spirit of heavenly joy and simplicity;
|
 | - Sincerity and trustworthy uprightness (2 Cor. 1:18-19);
|
 | - Laboring to earn their livelihood and continuously
striving for the higher standard of perfection, "Be perfect as your Father in Heaven
is perfect: (Mt. 5:48).
